Our primary facility is located on the side of Pikes Peak, about ten minutes from Colorado Springs, CO. Our inpatient facility, often referred to as the "most beautiful treatment facility in Colorado", is private, therapeutic and serene.

Our transitional sober living facilities, after-care groups, and support offices are located downtown, Colorado Springs.  These facilities are:

• The Samaritan Inn:  Transitional sober living for men, after-care groups, client support services.
• The Foundation Home:  Transitional sober living for women.

For client confidentiality and privacy, we are not able do disclose the physical address of our primary facility via the internet.
