P.A.R.C.'s History and Leadership...
Peak Addiction Recovery Center was created and founded by Dr. Charles
J. Stephens and Mr. Michael J. McKelvey. Soon after founding "Southern Colorado Addiction Recovery Center"
in the fall of 2006, the pair initiated the process of forming a solid, respectable, and service-oriented board of directors
to govern the agency. The business operating name has been changed to "Peak Addiction Recovery Center" and
with the professional guidance of the board, severe alcoholics and addicts have a viable treatment option in Colorado Springs.
